Can I return items?
If you have purchased a part that is no longer required, you can return products within 14 days of purchase in the condition you received it and we will arrange a refund. Please note:
– Refunds will always be made back to the original method of purchase.
– Refunds will be subject to a 25% handling fee.
– Unwanted flue cannot be returned for a refund.
– All returned parts MUST be returned with a valid returns number
– For unwanted parts, it is your responsibility to arrange return.
Something is wrong with my product, what should I do?
We’re really sorry that you have an issue with your product.
If your item is within its guarantee, usually 1 year unless otherwise stated, you can return the item by following our Returns Procedure for a replacement or refund, or contact us and we will discuss options with you.
Missing Installation & Service Manuals
Copies can be found in the product manuals on the website. If you are unable to locate the Installation & Service manual, please contact us with you model & serial number and we will do our best to locate them for you.
Faulty items, under guarantee
Powrmatic offers a generous guarantee policy. Guarantees can be found in the product manuals or by visiting our Warranties page. If you do notice a problem with any product within the first year of purchase or within the full guarantee period, please contact the warranty department through our Warranty page. Please note, return of faulty goods in subject to our terms and conditions of sale.
