If your ventilation, air conditioning, destratification fan or plaque heater product is less than a year old then you are entitled to a years parts warranty free of charge, subject to our warranty terms and conditions. Just complete the form below and our warranty team will be in touch to arrange delivery of your warranty spare item/s.

Important note: Consumables such as gaskets, ignition electrodes, flame rectification electrodes, drive belts, fusible links, control batteries are all excluded from guarantee.
