Warm Air Heater Solution
Powrmatic was selected to supply a warm air heater solution for a 484m² storeroom for Elring Parts Ltd, one VPx50kw was installed by Enright Environmental.
Elring Parts offer a wide range of gaskets, gasket sets and accessories for cars and commercial vehicles, all geared to meet the needs of the market. The building premises had 2No. existing warm air unit heaters above the mezzanine, which are now isolated due to inactivity on this level other than parts storage. There is also 1No. small 15kW warm air unit heater in use, originally designed to provide heating for the trade counter area only.
One Powrmatic VPx power vented gas cabinet warm air heater was installed to provide additional heat under the mezzanine for Elring Parts in Gateshead by Enright Environmental Ltd. Due to increased activity under the mezzanine storage and packaging area we installed a Powrmatic VPx Power Vented Gas Cabinet warm air Heater which provided additional heat to this area where the members of staff predominantly work. Existing workstations now taken up by the new VPx installation will be relocated to another area below the mezzanine floor. The option of a floor standing cabinet heater was selected in order to provide a future option of connecting ductwork to one or more of the warm air discharge outlets, to direct warm air to different aisles of the warehouse via the ductwork if required.
The VPx50kW Power Vented Gas Cabinet warm air Heater was installed with horizontal flue and built in MC200 within the heater casing, the MC200 is a digital, high specification controller for individual heaters which provides the flexibility of variable time and temperature control with optimum start/stop with weather compensation, adjustable frost protection, remote burner reset and summer fan-only operation as standard. Elring Parts now benefits from an effective and energy efficient warm air heating solution.
