Sustainability is a key aspect of our manufacturing operations, from product
designs that optimise manufacturing
efficiency and sourcing of materials through to our investment in energy-efficient production machinery.
As a manufacturer of energy-consuming
products, we have a responsibility to help our customers reduce their environmental impact. We achieve this by designing products that deliver the very highest standards of efficient performance, backed by design, commissioning
and ongoing maintenance support to maintain this efficiency throughout the life cycle of the products.
We have implemented wide-ranging re-use and recycling policy, encompassing both manufacturing and office areas, to ensure all waste materials are sorted into the appropriate waste streams for collection and recycling. We also use the minimum amount of packaging while ensuring effective protection of our products – and wherever possible, make use of recyclable packaging materials.
We take care to minimise the impact of our operations. Through innovative initiatives, we have achieved a substantial reduction in our CO₂ emissions and encourage our employees to reduce their own carbon footprint. We continually strive to reduce the carbon footprint of our facilities by regularly evaluating their environmental performance and implementing measures that deliver ongoing improvements.
We ensure all of our staff are aware of
sustainability issues and their role in helping us to achieve sustainability practices. Staff are also actively encouraged to suggest ways in which we can improve our environmental performance, which we feel can only enhance how we work as a company together moving forward.
Our policy is to work with suppliers that reflect our commitment to environmental stewardship and always strive to apply sustainable practices throughout the supply chain management. Our aim is to make our supply chain costefficient, minimising their impact on the environment and delivering products and
services on time.
