Ferroli New Condens FS range is available in 11 models ranging from 69kW to 542kW. Both the 300 series and the 600 series follow the same construction.
The heat exchanger is made from high quality Al-Si-Mg alloy which is specifically composed for use in heating systems. The boiler is controlled by a top mounted intelligent burner, boiler and heating system controller. All of the combustion components and heat exchanger sections are housed within a robust steel frame and easily removed casing panels.
The easy to use controller and optional cascade modules enable up to 16 boilers to be cascaded together. The controller also allows the boiler to be fully integrated into renewable heating systems such as Biomass Boilers, Heat Pumps and other systems such as DHWS and Underfloor Heating.

New Condens FS 300 gas condensing boilers have robust Al-Si-Mg alloy heat exchangers that are highly efficient and built to last. Even boilers with different capacities can be cascaded up to a total capacity of 2,992kW and sequenced to come into and out of operation when required.
The optimised design of the combustion chamber and stainless steel woven mesh pre-mix burner provides clean combustion and allows for a wide modulation range. High quality specially developed Al-Si-Mg heat exchanger sections ensure that the boiler has a long service life.
The specially designed burner and design of the heat exchanger optimise heat exchange and efficiency. The high efficiency levels of the New Condens FS range is up to 109.5% (NCV). Low flue gas temperature and low emissions deliver an environmentally friendly performance. NOx as low as 22 mg/kWh. Very high modulation turndown ratio of 1:7 provides high average seasonal boiler efficiencies.
